EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP

Effective Fulfillment, LLC developed in response to a growing number of clinicians and small businesses in Northern Arizona unable to locate quality clinical oversight services within budget. Effective Fulfillment handles clinical needs so businesses can focus on their residents, patients, and clients. Since inception it has grown to service Coconino County, Maricopa County, Pima County, Pinal County, and Yavapai County.

Felix Kparyea has served in the United States Army for over 15 years. Felix has more than ten years serving in roles requiring strategic process improvement as a Platoon Sergeant and Engineer Supervisor. Throughout his military career he has received recognition and honors for his outstanding out of the box thinking and dedication to excellence. As a Corrections Officer he was on several specialized teams such as Riot Control and Hostage Negotiation with his main commitment of helping everyone remain safe. Felix partnered with his wife to turn his passion of process improvement and military culture into Effective Fulfillment, LLC.

ESTHER KPARYEACCO
Esther Kparyea is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over ten years of experience in behavioral health. Esther graduated with Honors from the University of Kansas with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She soon found her calling in Inpatient and Residential facilities becoming an Assistant Hospital Administrator and Director of Social Work and Crisis early in her career. Esther transitioned to the Veteran’s Administration combining her passion for military families and mental health prior to partnering with her husband to turn their process improvement skills and hobby of helping others into Effective Fulfillment, LLC.
